The IDILIQ Foundation has once again supported the Christmas Menu campaign launched by Los Ángeles Malagueños de la Noche.
The president of the IDILIQ Foundation, Juan Miguel Marcos, together with ambassadors of the group and accompanied by the councillor for Social Affairs of the Mijas Town Council, Hipólito Zapico, today handed over a cheque to the aforementioned social dining room that will go towards financing the cost of 500 menus that Los Ángeles Malagueños de la Noche will distribute on 24 December. “It is of immense satisfaction for us to make our contribution to this great initiative, which is essential during these important dates. We know the good work of Antonio and his team, and these 500 Christmas menus will go to families in need” said the president of the Mijeña organisation.
In this sense, the honorary president of Los Angeles Malagueños de la Noche, Antonio Meléndez, has valued very positively the donation received by the Foundation: “For us, this little push is wonderful. This association was created out of love and for love, and anyone who needs help has the doors of the dining room open to them.”
For his part, Hipólito Zapico thanked the IDILIQ Foundation for this important donation, which puts the finishing touch on the great level of support carried out by the organisation throughout the year.
On the 24th of December, the Grand Distribution will take place, which includes the Solidarity Menu (half a roast chicken with garnish and a potato omelette), Christmas sweets and a large batch of basic food and hygiene products.
