Once again, IDILIQ Foundation volunteers supported the annual “Soles de Málaga” solidarity festival on April 30th. Over three thousand people gathered at the Malagueta Bullring to show their support for this important cause.

The aim of this charity festival is to raise awareness and funds for the NGOs working in the field of mental health and intellectual disability. This year’s event supported three main projects: “Ecoterapia” from La Casa de la Buena Vida, “Escuchándonos” from Afenes, and “Dando sonrisas y amor a los más vulnerables de la tierra” from Pozos sin Fronteras África. Plus, support was lent to eight other worthy causes (APA, Parkinson’s Association, Huellas Terapéuticas, BAO, Hermanas Hospitalarias, Nena Paine, Asociación Lagunillas and AFA) which also focus on improving the lives of those suffering from mental illness or intellectual disability in Malaga.

The event was attended by notable figures, such as the President of the Provincial Council, Francisco Salado, and the Mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre, as well as representatives from various groups, sponsors and collaborators. The day was filled with food, drinks, live music, and raffles.
