The Patio de Banderas of the City of Malaga has hosted the presentation of the results of the Soles de Málaga 2024 Solidarity Festival held last April in the Plaza de Toros de Málaga.

An event that has been attended by the mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre; the vice president of the Provincial Council, Toñi Ledesma; the territorial delegate for Social Inclusion, Youth, Family and Equality of the Junta de Andalucía, Ruth Sarabia; the Councillor for Social Affairs, Francisco Cantos; the president of the El Pimpi Foundation; Luis Merino, as well as sponsors, collaborators, and the 11 beneficiaries dedicated to the elderly.

The amount collected in this edition has been €173,250, a new record despite the circumstances of this year. Once again, the IDILIQ Foundation has supported this great project that will allocate 50% to the three projects. Thus, Cudeca Foundation and Harena Foundation and the other 50% for the eight causes AFA and Therapeutic Footprints, APAFFER, AROAL, ARRABAL, ASALBEZ, Our Lady of the Angels Home Association, Botika Educa Saluss Association and Lupus Association.

The president of the El Pimpi Foundation, Luis Merino, has announced that next year he will be dedicated to the poverty and social exclusion sector, so all the ngos, foundations, associations and entities that carry out a project related to this purpose can already prepare their presentations to send them to the Foundation. The deadline for submitting applications is from 24 June 24 to 4 August.
