Our Kind Holidays by IDILIQ ambassador, Sarah Sea, recently visited the Francis Cruz Dias-Adimi Centre to witness the impactful work of the ‘Virgen de la Peña’ Association, which supports people with intellectual disabilities in Mijas.
This non-profit organisation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Its mission focuses on providing support for those with disabilities or developmental challenges while also serving as a resource for their families.
During the visit, Sarah, accompanied by Claire Simons, ambassador for the IDILIQ Foundation, explored the wide range of services the centre offers. These include early care programmes, services for children and adolescents, an occupational day centre, a daycare unit, and residential facilities.
Adimi represents a core commitment of the IDILIQ Foundation, and we remain devoted to supporting them in their efforts to improve the lives of their users and their families.
