The IDILIQ Foundation will hold its fourth annual gala, “Holidays that Change Lives,” on 18 September.
Since its launch in Spain last March, the Kind Holidays by IDILIQ program has provided 50 families with much-needed breaks. This charitable initiative offers free holiday accommodation at IDILIQ Group resorts to families facing profound emotional and physical challenges, serving as a beacon of hope during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
The gala will take place at the Safari Restaurant, located in the Wyndham Grand Costa del Sol, and will bring together associations from across the province, local authorities, media representatives, sponsors, collaborators, company representatives, as well as ambassadors and volunteers from the IDILIQ Foundation. Guests will enjoy an evening of camaraderie, featuring the finest local cuisine, live music, and performances.
A highlight of the evening will be the heartfelt testimonies of three families who have benefited from the program. These families, supported by the Ronald McDonald House in Málaga, Cudeca, and the Spanish Association Against Cancer, will share how their lives were transformed through this initiative, turning daily struggles into moments of joy and fulfilled dreams.
The IDILIQ Foundation, formerly known as La Fundación Sonrisa, was established in 1999 by founder Roy Peires as a reflection of his deep social commitment. Today, it serves as the driving force behind the IDILIQ Group’s charitable efforts. “Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those who need it most,” said Juan Miguel Marcos, President of the Foundation. “At Kind Holidays by IDILIQ, we believe everyone deserves a break, which is why we dedicate ourselves to bringing joy and creating lasting memories for families facing immense challenges.”
This gala is a special occasion to celebrate the unwavering support of all attendees and to reaffirm the Foundation’s commitment to social responsibility.
