To mark World Down Syndrome Day, staff at our Tenerife resorts launched a fantastic campaign, enabling the IDILIQ Foundation to present a cheque for €6,000 to the Tenerife Association for People with Trisomy 21 (Down Tenerife).
The initiative was a great success, raising €2,588.44, which the IDILIQ Foundation matched and supplemented with an additional contribution, bringing the total to €6,000. These funds will help enhance the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome.
During the visit, ambassadors and volunteers viewed the progress of the new centre, set to open in May next year. In recognition of years of support for the Tenerife community, the centre will include a multisensory classroom named after the IDILIQ Foundation.
This honour shows our commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
